Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms cover your use of quoreca.com and the Quoreca app. The short version: Quoreca helps you work out and document whether your goods qualify for preferential duty; the decision to claim, and responsibility for it, stay with you.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Quoreca is a product of TUD Innovations (OPC) Private Limited, New Delhi, India ("we"). These terms govern your use of the Quoreca app at app.quoreca.com, this website and related services. By creating an account you accept them for yourself and the company you register.

2. What Quoreca does

Quoreca helps Indian exporters work out whether a product is likely to qualify for preferential duty under a trade agreement, explains the reasons, and produces origin paperwork and records. It applies the rules of the agreement, entered from the official text and reviewed by our specialists, to the information you enter.

3. What Quoreca is not

Quoreca is a tool, not an adviser, and not a guarantee.

  • A result is a reasoned assessment of the information you entered against the rules as we have recorded them. It is not legal, customs or tax advice, and it is not a decision by any customs authority.
  • Responsibility for any origin claim, declaration or certificate stays with you, the exporter. You decide whether to make a claim, and you are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter and sign.
  • A "Reviewed by a Quoreca specialist" mark means a member of our team checked that the tool applied the recorded rules correctly to your inputs. It is not a certification of origin.
  • Rules change. We watch the official sources and update our records, but we cannot promise the recorded rules are complete or current at every moment.

4. Your account and your company

  • Give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
  • One company per GSTIN. The person who creates the company is its owner and may invite others.
  • You confirm you are authorised to act for the company you register.

5. Your data and our records

  • You own the information you enter and the documents the app produces for you.
  • You allow us to store and process it to run the service, keep the records it promises, and improve the service in aggregate without identifying you.
  • Every check and document is kept with its inputs, rule version and engine version so it can be reproduced, for the period the relevant agreement requires (5 years for India–UK CETA), even after an account is closed. See the privacy notice.

6. Plans, payment and limits

  • The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees, inclusive of GST where it applies, through our payment provider. Prices are shown in the app and may change with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect a period already paid for.
  • Plan limits, such as checks per month, users and documents, are enforced by the service.
  • No refund is given for a period already started, except where the law requires. Invoices are issued by TUD Innovations (OPC) Private Limited.

7. Acceptable use

You will not enter information you know to be false to obtain a result; attempt to access another company's data; reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service; use it for anything unlawful; or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Quoreca available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice. We will not withdraw access to your records during the retention period.

9. Liability

  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for duties, penalties, interest, lost sales or other losses arising from an origin claim you make, whether or not it was based on a Quoreca result.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service in a year is limited to the fees you paid us in that year.
  • Nothing limits liability for fraud or where the law does not allow limitation.

10. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time from the Account screen. We may end it for breach of these terms with notice. On closure, personal data is handled as the privacy notice describes and business records are kept as section 5 describes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We post changes with a new date and tell you by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Quoreca after that date means you accept them.
